Pinnacle Compliance LLC was founded on a straightforward premise: that trucking companies, energy operators, and law firms deserve access to the same level of DOT and OSHA compliance expertise that was previously available only to the largest carriers and most well-resourced legal teams.

With more than 20 years of experience in transportation safety, federal regulatory compliance, and workplace safety, our principal consultant has worked across every dimension of the industry — from managing compliance programs for large carriers to serving as an expert witness in high-stakes commercial vehicle litigation. That background includes direct experience with FMCSA regulatory processes, carrier safety audits, driver qualification standards, accident investigation, OSHA compliance program management, and H2S safety training and program development.

Our principal served as an Adjunct Professor teaching both Commercial Motor Vehicle Safety and OSHA Compliance — bringing real-world regulatory expertise into the classroom and training the next generation of transportation and workplace safety professionals.
